Food Sensitivities (LEAP MRT)

If you suffer from an autoimmune or inflammatory condition and can’t seem to find relief from your symptoms, you should be tested for food sensitivities.

Patients that make good candidates for food sensitivity testing suffer from conditions such as:

  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s or Colitis)
  • Chronic migraines
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Sinusitis
  • Arthritis

Balance Fitness and Nutrition uses the LEAP dietary protocol for food sensitivity testing. The LEAP dietary protocol is the most accurate form of testing available for non-IgE mediated food sensitivities. Click here for success stories of our previous LEAP patients.

The LEAP dietary protocol utilizes Mediator Release Testing (MRT) to develop a personalized eating plan based on food sensitivities that are determined through blood work analysis. This takes the guess work out of which foods or chemicals may be causing your symptoms. Check out this short video to learn more about the blood test.

Below are the 170 different foods and chemicals included in the food sensitivity testing panel.
