Nutrition coaching for weight management
The intensity of this program will ensure your personal success. Participants of this program will meet each week with a dietitian. Meetings will focus on progress made in previous weeks, setting new goals, and exploring barriers to success. Participants of this program will also receive software that will allow them to record daily food intake and physical activity. Follow up sessions may be done over the phone when necessary and participants of this program are granted unlimited phone and email access to a dietitian.
Medical nutrition therapy
